Orders: Please be sure all information on your order is correct. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. MsNoriJadeCollections is not held responsible for any mistakes customers made on any orders such as addresses. Ex. If you live in an apartment you MUST include your apartment number to ensure you will receive your order. A confirmation email will be sent within a few hours of placing your order.
Shipping: All items are shipped via U.S Postal Service and take approximately 5-7 business days. Unless it is a Pre-Order item. Pre-Order items take approximately 1 week. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following business day.
Exchanges: Sorry no exchanges, unless we made an mistake. You will receive an email with instructions on returning the item so that we can make sure your order is complete.
PLEASE NOTE: We know how important your order is to you, If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number provided or contacting your local post office. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. Unfortunately MsNoriJadeCollections does not hold responsibility for packages that are following: lost, stolen or damage in transit. We will do our best to assist you !
